This room with two double beds is nicely arranged, and it is conveniently located in the heart of Jackson, very close to a restaurant with delicious food in a beautiful area.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable. The bed in our room was firm, but we still had a great overall experience.

The lady manager was very nice. The Man was not.
Stayed three nights. First night I had a "do not disturb" sign and they honored that. Second night, I took off the "do not disturb" sign and came back in the late afternoon to find my room didn't have the towels or sheets changed. The male manager said the housekeeper must have forgot or thought the "do not disturb" sign was showing. He was impolite but got me some fresh towels.

Right next to the highway, close to nothing except a gas station and Burger King.

Enjoyed balcony facing open field with view of mountains. Easily accessible from freeway exit. Location avoids city hussle and bustle.
for me - too many stairs and stair levels for carrying bags to upstairs rooms. Breakfast coffee service could be upgraded.

The continental breakfast was very nice and nicely presented
No WiFi and only access to the Internet was in the small office. Staff did not seem familiar with the locations of the theaters in town even though the Shakespeare Festival is the biggest draw to this area.

They had a good off street parking spot for the 22 ft rental truck I was driving
Nothing bad or unpleasant. You get what you pay for and that's all one can expect.

Friendly try to work with us. Breakfast was cold stuff with limitations. Nice attempt.
There was a microwave and refrig. in the room but did't work. I needed the refrig. After some messing with it found the problem but no solution. Wiring and extension cords were too much and didn't work.

Could have been a little cleaner. Mattress box springs had huge stains on the side of it.
